خيمة نوفل وخيمة حازم

خيمة صغيرة ممزقة وغير صالحة للسكن، كل ما حولها يثير الفزع والخوف، يعيش فيها رجل وزوجته وأطفالهم الست، وغير بعيد عنها ثمة خيمة (VIP) تطبخ فيها الوعود الكاذبة.

الخيمة الأولى يسكنها رجل يدعى حازم محمد وزوجته وأطفاله الأربعة، “منذ أسبوعين عدت أنا وعائلتي الى محلتنا (عبدو خوب) في مدينة الموصل القديمة، نصبت خيمة بائسة أمام منزلي الذي دمره القصف خلال عمليات تحرير المدينة القديمة”، يقول الرجل.
في هذه الأثناء كانت دموع الزوجة تنهمر بغزارة وهي ترفع رأسها الى الأعلى لتوقف ذلك “النزيف”، لم تكن تبكي في الحقيقة، إن الدخان المنبعث من النار التي تحترق تحت قدر صغير يخنقها. تجلس السيدة تحت أشعة شمس حارقة ودرجة حرارة تتجاوز 45 درجة مئوية، لتعد الطعام في مطبخها، والمطبخ عبارة عن كومة حطب وقدر أسود صغير يجلس على حجرين!
ومن الخيمة المهترئة التي يلعب فيها الهواء الحار جدا والدخان، يراقب الأطفال والدتهم وهي تروح وتجيء الى القدر، بانتظار أن ينضج الطعام ! “أنا مفجوعة بسبب الحرب الأخيرة، فقدتُ سبعة من عائلتي، وأصبحنا بعد تدمير منزلنا في تموز/يوليو 2017 بلا مأوى، ثم استأجرنا منزلا فيه غرفة واحدة فقط في الجانب الايسر، ونحن 15 فردا، أنا وزوجي وأبنائي وزوجاتهم وأحفادي، ولقد آن الأوان لنعود الى منزلنا الذي هو الان كومة أحجار”، تقول السيدة وهي تمسح العرق عن جبينها بكمها المتسخ بالتراب.

هذه الخيمة الوحيدة ظهرت في المدينة القديمة التي تعرضت لدمار هائل، ثمة آلاف المنازل سويت بالأرض تماما بسبب قصف طيران التحالف الدولي بقيادة القوات الولايات المتحدة الأمريكية والقوات العراقية والمفخخات التي فجرها تنظيم “داعش” المتطرف في الأزقة الضيقة، على مدى اربعة اشهر، ثمة تقارير دولية قدرت عدد المنازل والأبنية المدمرة بـ12 ألفا، 80% منها في الجانب الأيمن من المدينة.

بينما كنت أتحدث الى حازم وزوجته مرت سيارة من أمام الخيمة، ثم توقفت بعدما اجتازتها بقليل، انتبه الى الخيمة السائق، إنه شاب يحمل في يده كيسا من اللحم، أعطاه لحازم، وهذه جزء من المساعدات التي يقدمها الأهالي للفقراء والمتضررين من الحرب.
الرجل وزوجته لم يقيما في خيمة بائسة لأجل الحصول على كيس لحم أو رز أو بطاطس، لا ليس ذلك أبدا، إنهما يريدان “الضغط على الحكومة والمنظمات الانسانية المعنية أن تعيد إعمار منزلهما”.
وقف حازم على أنقاض منزله وبكى بحرقة، “هنا كل ذكرياتي، أنا ولدت هنا وقضيت 52 عاما من عمري فيه، هذا المنزل بناه والدي وعاش ووالدتي فيه ونحن ورثناه عنهما، لذا سأبقى هنا حتى إعادة إعماره”.

أما خيمة نوفل، أقصد محافظ نينوى السيد نوفل العاكوب، فهي سرادق طويل نصبت قبل أشهر على ارض جامع النبي جرجيس بالمدينة القديمة، وتعد خيمة VIP مقارنة بخيمة حازم البائسة.
خيمة نوفل، كان الهدف المعلن منها إدارة وحشد جهود إعادة الإعمار في المدينة القديمة، غير أن الحقيقة تقلل من شأنها، يطبخ فيها الهواء والوعود فقط، ولا طحن ناتج عنها حتى الآن. ي
قول أحد الموظفين العاملين في الخيمة – طلب عدم ذكر اسمه، إن السيد المحافظ طالب رجال الأعمال والتجار والميسورين بالمساهمة في إعمار المنازل المدمرة، وقد أطلق الكثيرون وعودا ولم ينفذ منها إلا نسبة قليلة جدا. منذ ظهور خيمة نوفل وحتى الآن، لم يتم إعمار سوى عشرات المنازل المدمرة فقط، بمساهمات خاصة وليس بجهد حكومي، يضيف.

إذن هي أشبه بخيمة للتسول، إذ لم تشهد حملات إعمار وبناء بجهود حكومية، إنما يؤدي الموظفون العاملون فيها، دورا تنسيقيا وتشجيعيا موجها الى الشركات والأغنياء والتجار، وهذا بالتأكيد ليس عملا منظما يرتقي الى حجم الكارثة التي حلت بالمدينة القديمة. بالتالي فإن عيون حازم وزوجته لا تترقبان شيئا من خيمة الـvip ، لكنهما يعولون في الحقيقة على المنظمات الإنسانية والمتطوعين، وإذا اقتصر جهد الحكومة على هذه الخيمة، فلن تعمر المدينة القديمة لسنوات.
