“العبايجية” مهنة تكاد تنقرض في مدينة الناصرية

باب الشطرة القديم من اشهر المناطق التجارية وسط مدينة الناصرية وسوق العبايجية المزدهر في خمسينيات القرن الماضي لم يتبقى منه سوى الاطلال ومحلات على عدد اصابع اليد الواحدة.

غزل الصوف من الاغنام والماعز والجمال ومن ثم حياكتها وخياطتها من اهم تفاصيل خبرات صانعي العباءة في ذلك الزمن الجميل كما يقول الحاج حسين الزيدي (59) عاما.

ويضيف “الزي العربي كان له حضورا كبيرا في سوق العبايجية ويتضمن العباءة الرجالية والكوفية العربية والعقال والذي يحتاج الى وقت طويل لإكمال جميع هذه التفاصيل قبل تسليمها الى الزبون”.

ويستذكر صاحب المهنة القديمة ابرز رجال السوق الراحلين ومنهم الحاج نعيثل الزيدي وغازي الصريفي ومحمد حسين جازع والحاج جليل والحاج كريم الخياط حيث الصنعة الدقيقة والتجارة الرائجة”.

وراثة المهنة هي عنوان معظم المتواجدين في السوق، ومنهم طالب العبايجي (45) عاما الذي يقول “ورث المهنة من والده عن جده ولقبه مهم جدا بالنسبة له ولن تتخلى عنه العائلة وهو يواصل تعليم ابناءه المهنة على الرغم من ميولهم واهتماماتهم العلمية الاخرى” .

ويضيف الحاج العبايجي “ان الاسعار الحالية للزي العربي حسب جهة الصنع والتي اثرت كثيرا على امكانية بيع المنتج المصنع يدويا والذي كان يباع بأسعار عالية تصل اليوم الى حد ثلاثة ملايين دينار للعباءة الرجالية الواحدة من الصوف الخالص” .

سوق العبايجية ياتي اشتقاقا من اسم العباءة العربية الرجالية والمعروفة باسم (الخاجية) قبل عشرات السنين فيما تشكل الدشداشة والعقال مكملا للزي بشكله المعروف سابقا وحاليا.

ويقول الباحث التاريخي احمد وادي والذي يشير الى ان “السوق السابق تأثر بفعل عوامل الحداثة والزمن على الرغم من ان الزي العربي يمثل اليوم رمزا مهما للعشائر لا يمكن الاستغناء عنه في جميع المناسبات” .

قيافة العرب في محافل العشائر لها ضوابط محددة ومنها ارتداء العباءة حال اقبال احدهم الى المضيف لتكون له هيبة اثناء استقبال الضيف، ويقول الشيخ فاخر عطية من عشائر الزهيرية ان “ارتداء الزي العربي بكل تفاصيله واجب على افراد العشيرة ويشكل منقصة للفرد في حال الاخلال بعنوان الزي العربي ولا يمكن تقبله من الاخرين”.

الحداثة والاستيراد شكلت تحديا كبيرا على استمرار مهنة العبايجية فالزي العربي كاملا اصبح اليوم منتجا صينيا وبأرخص الاثمان على الرغم من انه وفر فرصة اقتناءه لجميع الشرائح والامكانيات المادية للمواطنين فسعر العباءة يتراوح بين (30 – 50) الف دينار والدشداشة (10-24) الف والعقال ما بين عشرة الى عشرين الف دينار .

الشيخ سالم محمد وهو رجل سبعيني يقول “ان للزي العربي هيبته لرجال القبيلة والحضور الى المناسبات والفعاليات والنشاطات واجب على الجميع بارتداء هذا الزي والالتزام بتفاصيله لأنه يعبر عن الاصالة والتمسك بالعادات والتقاليد العشائرية حتى لو كان الشخص موظفا حكوميا ويرتدي زي مدني آخر اثناء عمله”.

سوق العبايجية يبقى شاهدا على جيل وحقبة مهمة من تأريخ مدينة الناصرية والتي يحاول من خلالها عدد ممن تبقى في ممارسة هذا المهنة حتى وان دخلتها الحداثة في الصناعة المحلية او الاستيراد من خارج العراق .
