منظمات ووسائل اعلام تعد مسودة وثيقة لمكافحة التحرش

انهت مجموعة من منظمات المجتمع المدني والمنظمات الاعلامية اعداد مسودة “وثيقة مبادئ مكافحة التحرش والتمييز على أساس النوع الاجتماعي” وذلك بعد يومين من المناقشات المستفيضة حول الموضوع في فندق رمادا في السليمانية.
وتعد الوثيقة التي شارك في اعدادها عشر منظمات ووسائل اعلام بإشراف الدكتورة زاهرة حرب حجر الأساس لتنظيم وثائق مماثلة في وسائل الاعلام العراقية ومنظمات المجتمع المدني لمكافحة حالات التحرش التي تحدث فيها.
وقالت الدكتورة حرب ان “الوثيقة تمثل خارطة طريق مهمة لوسائل الاعلام العراقية ومنظمات المجتمع المدني، وانها ضرورية في المرحلة الحالية لتفتح الباب بشكل جدي امام وضع مبادئ مماثلة من قبل الأطراف المماثلة في العراق لتساهم في الكشف عن حالات التحرش في المؤسسات بشكل عام”.
وتهدف الوثيقة الى الحد من حالات التحرش الجنسي والتمييز من خلال نشر الوعي لدى العاملين، بشأن أنواع التحرش وتشجيع الضحايا على تقديم الشكاوى لضمان حقوق المستفيد ومحاسبة المتسبب بالانتهاك.
وتضمنت الوثيقة شرحا لأنواع التحرش وعملية التوعية والتثقيف بالتحرش وآليات الإبلاغ عن القضايا والمتابعة لها من قبل لجان خاصة يتم تشكيلها داخل المؤسسات.
وتعد الوثيقة الأولى من نوعها في العراق إذ ساهم في وضعها مركز مترو ومنظمة نيريج للصحافة الاستقصائية وجمعية الامل العراقية والنقابة الوطنية للصحفيين في العراق ومنظمة برج بابل للتطوير الإعلامي وبيت الاعلام العراقي ومركز نايا للتدريب الاعلامي فضلا عن موقع المنصة وموقع عراقيات ومجلة زن.
