عراقيات تبرعن بالغذاء والكمامات واخريات ابتكرن المعقمات المحلية

مع اعلان الحكومة العراقية لفرض حظر التجوال في العراق لتجنب انتشار فيروس كورونا على نطاق واسع في السابع عشر من آذار(مارس) الماضي انطلقت حملات شبابية ونسائية على الفيسبوك بعضها ركز على التوعية الصحية وانصبت أخرى في مجال المساعدات لذوي الدخل المحدود.

نساء بغداد الناشطات في مجال قضايا المرأة تسابقن لإطلاق تحديات على السوشيال ميديا لتشجيع بعضهن البعض على تقديم سلات غذائية للكسبة الذين توقفوا عن جني قوتهم اليومي بسبب الحظر، إذ تنشر احدى الناشطات منشورا على الفيسبوك تقول فيه انها ستقوم بتوزيع كميات غذائية لذوي الدخل المحدود وعائلات العمال الذي اجبرهم الحظر الوقائي على الجلوس في المنازل وتتحدى صديقتها طالبة منها ان توزع كميات اكبر فتقبل صديقتها التحدي وتقوم بتوزيع الغذاء ثم تتحدى ناشطة أخرى بدورها وهكذا امتد الامر لتشارك فيه عشرات الناشطات والمنظمات النسوية.

حمى التحدي بين الناشطات ساهمت في تنمية التكافل الاجتماعي في البلاد شيئا فشيئا وبدلا من اقتصار الامر على النساء امتد الى الأسواق الكبيرة والمناطقية إذ وزعت هي الأخرى مواد غذائية مجانية مثلما امتدت الى افران الصمون التي رفعت لافتات هي الأخرى كتبت عليها “الخبز مجانا لمن لا يملك ثمنه”.

حملة التكافل الكبيرة التي قادتها النساء بدأت بالطعام ولكنها لم تنتهي عنده إذ أقدمت منظمات مجتمع مدني أخرى تقودها نساء على شن حملات توعية ميدانية حول مخاطر فايروس كورونا، ووزعت المعقمات الكمامات والكفوف وصابون غسل الايدي مجانا على الفقراء وسكان المناطق الشعبية، بل ان منظمة أوان النسوية قامت بحملة واسعة في قرية الغجر في محافظة القادسية وهي القرية الوحيدة الخاصة بالغجر في الجنوب استهدفت الأطفال لتعليمهم طرق غسل الايدي والوقاية من كورونا ثم توسعت الحملات لاحقا لتصبح الكترونية مع تواصل الحظر لأكثر من شهر.

وعلى الجانب الآخر تحركت شابات اخريات لابتكار وسائل الوقاية من الفيروس فصنعت فرح منعم وهي مهندسة كيمياوية شابة محلول معقم للأيدي من مواد محلية ثم تبنت كلية الهندسة في جامعة القادسية التي تخرجت منها فرح المشروع وفتحت مختبرها للشابة التي صنعت آلاف العبوات وتم توزيعها لاحقا الى دائرة صحة الديوانية.

فرح شرحت لاحقا طريقة صناعة المعقمات المحلية ولم تبقها سرا مثلما تفعل الشركات كي يتمكن زملائها في جميع المدن العراقية من تصنيعها لتكون متاحة للمواطنين لا سيما مع توقف عملية الاستيراد اثر الحظر وغلق معظم المنافذ الحدودية.

حملات التوعية الالكترونية والدعم الغذائي لم يقتصران على المنظمات التي تقود النساء ولا على المبادرات الفردية التي وسعت اطار التكافل الاجتماعي في البلاد بل شارك الشباب بشكل واسع في الحملات لا سيما فيما يتعلق بالتوعية بخطورة المرض وحث الأهالي على البقاء في المنازل.

ووظف الكثيرون طاقاتهم وصفحات منظماتهم والصفحات الشخصية لتقديم النصائح والارشادات حول طرق التعامل في المنزل وخارجه وأساليب الوقاية من المرض، وزادت منشوراتهم حول مخاطر الإصابة وضرورة الوقاية منه فضلا عن نشرهم لفيديوهات تم تسريبها من مستشفيات العزل لمرضى أصيبوا بالفيروس او ممرضين يحذرون من انتشار الوباء ويكشفون عن معاناتهم في العمل في ضوء نقص المعدات الطبية.

شباب آخرون شاركوا بتوزيع سلات غذائية لذوي الدخل المحدود مستخدمين الدراجات الهوائية التي تم استثنائها من حظر التجوال، إذ قاموا بنقل الغذاء الى منازل العائلات بواسطة الدراجات وهم يرتدون الكمامات والقفازات، كما قام آخرون بتوزيع الكمامات للمواطنين الذين لا يملكون ثمنها لا سيما وان أسعارها ارتفعت اضعافا بعد ازمة الفايروس.

الحملات التي قامت بها المنظمات لم تقتصر على التوعية واطعام المحتاجين، بل تطوع مئات الشباب لتعقيم وتعفير الشوارع والأماكن العامة والمناطق السكنية بشكل دوري لأكثر من شهر ونصف مستخدمين سيارات لمتطوعين آخرين او حاملين انابيب التعفير فوق ظهورهم وهم يرددون الأغاني والاناشيد الحماسية، ولو ان الأحزاب السياسية حاولت ان تركب الموجة وتقوم بحملات تعفير هي الأخرى، لكن المضحك في الامر ان حملات التعفير التي قام بها السياسيون والبرلمانيون التابعون للأحزاب كانت تضع صورهم عند مؤخرة السيارات الحوضية ما أثار السخرية منهم في بعض مناطق بغداد.

اجمل ما ميّز مرحلة الحجر الصحي في العراق هو التكافل الاجتماعي والحملات التطوعية التي قامت بها منظمات المجتمع المدني والناشطون الشباب والتي نجحوا فيها بشكل كبير نشر الوعي الصحي وايصال الاحتياجات الرئيسية للعائلات محدودة الدخل ولو ان مشكلة أخرى برزت اثناء الحجر وهي قضية ارتفاع نسبة العنف الاسري ما دفع المنظمات النسوية والناشطات الى المطالبة بتشريع قانون العنف الاسري الذي ارجأه البرلمان العراقي مرات عدة.
