تداولوا الصور بسخرية: اقتحام الكونغرس ذكّر العراقيين بدخول الصدريين الى البرلمان

بينما شاهد العالم بذهول وصدمة احداث اقتحام مبنى الكونغرس الأميركي من قبل انصار الرئيس الأميركي دونالد ترامب، قوبل المشهد بالسخرية واطلاق النكتة في العراق لان الاحداث ذاتها شهدها البرلمان العراقي قبل سنوات قليلة حينما دخل الصدريون الى المنطقة الخضراء.

 

كما هو الحال في جميع انحاء العالم، استحوذ خبر اقتحام الكونغرس الأميركي على اهتمام العراقيين بشكل واسع ولكن بشكل مختلف، فالصور ومقاطع الفيديو التي انتشرت عن ذلك، ذكّرتهم بحادثة مماثلة حصلت في العراق  في ايار (مايو) عام 2016 عندما دخل انصار رجل الدين الشيعي مقتدى الصدر مبنى البرلمان.

 

حينذاك  اثبت الالاف من انصار الصدر بدخولهم المنطقة الخضراء المحصنة في بغداد حيث مقرات الحكومة والبرلمان واغلب الوزارات الى جانب البعثات الدبلوماسية العاملة في العراق انهم قادرون على طرد الساسة، ولكن المتظاهرون توجهوا الى مبنى البرلمان حصرأ واقتحموا قاعاته وغرفه رافعين شعارات مختلفة.

 

الصور التي انتشرت بعد اقتحام الكونغرس مشابهة لصور اقتحام البرلمان العراقي، إذ جلس آنذاك احد المتظاهرين على المقعد المخصص لرئيس البرلمان مستخدما مطرقة سليم الجبوري ، والتقط متظاهرون آنذاك صور سيلفي مع مقتنيات المبنى والاعلام وفي اماكن كثيرة قبل ان يغادروا تماما مثلما فعل الاميركيون.

 

وللمقارنة بين المشهدين قال بعض العراقيين في تعليقات ساخرة، يبدو ان الرئيس ترامب سيعتصم داخل خيمة امام الكونغرس الأميركي، وهو امر فعله مقتدى الصدر في العام 2016 بعد اقتحام مبنى البرلمان العراقي.

 

بعض الشباب العراقيين الذين شاركوا لأكثر من عام في تظاهرات تشرين التي انطلقت في تشرين الأول (أكتوبر) 2019، وتوقفت نهاية 2020، نشروا مقاطع فيديو تهكمية وهم يقدمون نصائح للمتظاهرين الاميركيين من انصار ترامب حول المحافظة على السلمية وعدم خرق القانون والا سيتم قتلهم بواسطة القناصة او اختطافهم واغتيالهم.

 

كما تم صياغة شعارات باللهجة العراقية لتناسب مشاهد الاقتحام التي ملأت وسائل الاعلام  بينها “هذا وعد.. هذا وعد.. تكساس ما تسكت بعد”.

 

ولكن حادثة اقتحام انصار ترامب للكونغرس، اثارت اهتمام الرأي العام العراقي في جانب اخر، متعلق بالشعار الذي تقف خلفه الولايات المتحدة في حمل راية الديموقراطية في العالم، وانتقادها العديد من دول العالم بسبب سياسات الاستبداد وعدم التداول السلمي.

 

ونشر العديد من العراقيين تعليقات ساخرة ومتهكمة تقصد من ورائها التذكير بالغزو الأميركي للعراق واسقاط الدكتاتور صدام حسين، وكتب احمد سالم على صفحته على فيسبوك ان “العراق يمهل النظام الأميركي 72 ساعة للتخلي عن السلطة او سيقوم العراق بالتدخل عسكريا لإسقاط الدكتاتور”، ويقصدون هنا ترامب.

 

فيما قال رضا عبد الكريم “القوات الخاصة العراقية ترسل تعزيزات عسكرية الى سواحل الولايات المتحدة لفرض النظام هناك بعد اقتحام الكونغرس”.

 

وكتب فارس داود وهو عراقي هاجر الى الولايات المتحدة قبل عشر سنوات تعليقا ساخرا على صفحته على الفيسبوك جاء فيه “اريد ان طلب لجوء الى العراق واهرب من الولايات المتحدة، لان الأوضاع خطيرة هنا”

 

الإدارة الأميركية الجديدة والعراق

 

وتصاعد اهتمام العراقيين بالشأن الأميركي منذ الانتخابات الرئاسية الأميركية الأخيرة، وانقسم العراقيون وكذلك السياسيون حولها، بين الترحيب بخسارة ترامب الانتخابات وفوز جو بايدن بالرئاسة الأميركية او الاستياء بسبب فوز الاخير وحتى اليوم ينتظر العراق كيف ستدير الإدارة الجديدة السياسة الخارجية وخصوصا تلك المتعلقة بالملف العراقي الشائك والمعقد.

 

يواجه العراق اليوم تحديات صعبة وخطيرة، اذ يبلغ التوتر الأميركي – الإيراني في العراق اعلى مستوياته منذ سنوات، وتقوم فصائل عراقية موالية لإيران بقصف واستهداف السفارة الأميركية والقوات العسكرية الأميركية، وبلغت حدة التوتر الى تهديد واشنطن باغلاق سفارتها في بغداد.

 

الى جانب ذلك، يواجه العراق اقصى ازمة اقتصادية خلال العقد الماضي، كما سيشهد هذا العام انتخابات تشريعية جديدة تلبية لضغط الاحتجاجات الواسعة التي شهدتها البلاد العام الماضي وادت الى استقالة الحكومة وتشكيل أخرى من اجل التحضير لانتخابات مبكرة.

 

وعلى خلاف ترامب، فان الرئيس المنتخب جو بايدن لديه خبرة طويلة في الشأن العراقي، وبين عامي (2000 – 2010) زار بايدن العراق اكثر من عشرين مرة، كعضو في الكونغرس الأميركي وصولا الى منصبه نائبا للرئيس باراك أوباما، ومن هذه الزيارات كوّن بايدن شبكة علاقات واسعة مع القادة العراقيين من الشيعة والسنة والكرد.

 

وفي واحد من اكثر التصريحات جدلا لبايدن حول العراق بعد تزايد قتلى الجيش الأميركي في انحاء  العراق المختلفة عام 2006 اقتراحه تقسيم العراق الى ثلاث أجزاء ضمن سلطة موحدة ضعيفة في بغداد كحل للازمة الطائفية، وما زال العراقيون يتذكرون مقترحه جيدا، وعادت الى نقاشاتهم مؤخرا بعد انتخابه رئيسا.

 

كما ان ابرز السياسات الأميركية في العراق خلال العقدين الماضيين والتي شجعها ودعمها بايدن اثبتت فشلها واخفاقها من وجهة نظر العراقيين، بينها إصراره على اختيار نوري المالكي رئيسا لوزراء العراق لثمانية سنوات، ودعمه سحب جميع القوات الأميركية من العراق ليبقى مكشوفا امام الجماعات الإرهابية إذ هجم داعش على البلاد واحتل ثلث أراضيها.
