سهل نينوى.. حديقة تبحث عن ورودها الملوّنة

من “عراق مصغّر” تتعايش مكوناته في حالة من التكامل والاندماج إلى بقعة يسودها التوجس من الآخر وأحياناً التصارع والاقتتال. 

هكذا أصبح الحال في سهل نينوى، بعد اجتياحها من قبل تنظيم “داعش” وإحداثه تغييراً ديمغرافياً فيها قبل أن يستعيد الجيش العراقي وقوى مساندة له المنطقة، وتبدأ حلقة جديدة من النزاع على المصالح.

يقول الشاب علي أغا، وهو شبكي من سهل نينوى “كنا مع بقية المكونات نعيش في حالة وئام وتعايش كأننا عائلة واحدة متكاملة أو حديقة ملونة بالورود المختلفة.. كان سهل نينوى عراقاً مصغراً متعايشاً يجسد التنوع العقائدي والقومي والاثني”. 

ويعيش في سهل نينوى خليط متنوع من المكونات الاجتماعية والقومية والدينية والمذهبية، من مسيحيين وايزيديين وكُرد وعرب وشبك وكُرد كاكائيين، وسنة وشيعة. 

لكن الصراعات الخفية والمعلنة بين القوى السياسية الممثلة لمكوناتها، أو بين حكومتي بغداد وأربيل للسيطرة عليها، إضافة إلى التدخلات الدولية في المنطقة بعد تحريرها من داعش حولاها إلى منطقة مأزومة.

ويضيف علي آغا: “لم يكن يوماً الإختلاف الديني والقومي مع أصدقائي المسيحيين والتركمان عائقاً  وتحدياً لوحدتنا وتكاملنا، عشنا فعلياً في بيئة خالية من المشاكل والطائفية والتعصب وان كان هناك ما يميز كل مكون.. أما اليوم فالخلافات هي العنوان الأبرز”. 

ما بعد دخول داعش 

كان تنظيم داعش قد سيطر على معظم بلدات وقرى سهل نينوى في نهاية صيف 2014 ما أدى إلى نزوح الآلاف من سكان المنطقة الرافضين لحكم التنظيم خاصة من المسيحيين والايزيديين والكرد والتركمان والشبك، والذين خافوا من أن يصبحوا هدفاً لعمليات قتل وخطف واسعة ينفذها مقاتلو التنظيم كما حصل في سنجار.

يتذكر الشاب آغا كيف دخل تنظيم داعش إلى مناطقهم، بعد أسابيع من احتلال مدينة الموصل: “ذلك الحدث الاستثنائي غير قابل للنسيان، ذاكرتنا تأبى ان تغادر تلك الأيام والساعات.. على وقع الصدمة ولأول مرة أختارت كل عائلة طريقها بمفردها..حينها تفككت أواصرنا الاجتماعية، أصبحنا متفرقين في كل الأرجاء، تشردنا في كل البقاع”.

ويتابع “أصبح سهل نينوى بيئة خصبة للصراعات السياسية، والمحاصصة الطائفية التي كانت حاضرة من قبل صارت واضحة وعلنية، وباتت الشخصيات في سهل نينوى تتقاسم الوظائف والمناصب بعيداً عن الكفاءة والقدرات”. 

من جانبه يشير الشاعر المسيحي الشاب جميل الجميل، إلى الآثار السلبية التي خلفها تنظيم داعش أواصر التعايش بين المكونات.

يقول الجميل إن الوضع في سهل نينوى “يختلف عن ما كان عليه قبل داعش، لقد فقد الكثير من جماليته، فالتلاحم الإجتماعي تراجع في ظل الشكوك بين المكونات”، مبيناً أن نينوى تعاني من البطالة إثر تعطل المشاريع الصغيرة التي كانت تعد مصدر دخل اساسي لسكان المنطقة وهذا رفع معدلات الفقر والبطالة ولهذا الامر تداعيات على إستقرار المنطقة.

ينبه الجميل إلى مشكلة مخيمات النازحين والعوائل التي تورط أبناؤها مع المجموعات الإرهابية “هؤلاء قنابل موقوتة من الممكن أن تظهر في السهل وتزيد الوضع سوءاً.. انها قضية ربما ستحدد مستقبل سهل نينوى”.

ويلفت إلى أن سهل نينوى “أصبح منطقة عسكرية، تسيطر عليها قوات متعددة الولاءات ومن مختلف المكونات، تارة تساهم في حفظ الأمن والنظام وتارة أخرى تنتهك وتضطهد مكونات أخرى بأسم حماية حقوق هذا المكون أو ذاك”. 

المشكلة أكبر في سنجار

الصحفي الأيزيدي المقيم في ألمانيا سامان داود يرى أن ما خلفه تنظيم “داعش” من تداعيات وما خلقه من آلام وجراح نتيجة النزوح يمكن أن تندمل خلال فترة قصيرة خاصة مع إعمار المنطقة وعودة الحياة إليها بدعم من حكومة الاقليم والحكومة الاتحادية وفي ظل وجود الكثير من المنظمات.

ويوضح “تختلف الأمور في سهل نينوى عما حدث في سنجار، فالإيزيدي والمسيحي والشبكي في سهل نينوى لم يتلقوا الخيانة من جيرانهم، والعربي هناك كان نازحاً مع البقية. طبعا هذا لا يلغي وجود قلة قليلة من الذين انضموا إلى داعش واستهدفوا جميع مكونات سهل نينوى دون استثناء، ولذلك فان سياسات داعش في الأشهر التي سيطر فيها على سهل نينوى لم تكن ذات تأثير كبير بعكس الحال في سنجار”.

ويضيف داود “سهل نينوى تأثر بأشياء أخرى مثل التغيير الديمغرافي الذي حدث في الشيخان والحمدانية ومناطق أخرى في طوال السنوات الماضية بما فيه التي سبقت سيطرة داعش على المنطقة، فهذا الأمر كان له تأثير سلبي على التعايش السلمي، فبعض القوى السياسية النافذة دفعت باتجاه ذلك التغيير ما ولد خلافات داخل المجتمعات”. 

ويرى داود ان مدينة الشيخان “عانت من تغيير ديمغرافي واضح، كان موجها ضد الايزيديين الذين أصبحوا اقلية فيها اليوم كما ان هناك خلافات بين الشبك والمسيحيين في الحمدانية، وهناك خلافات في بعشيقة حول هذا الامر.. والمسألة تتعلق بسياسات بعض القوى في المنطقة”.

وينبه بعض الايزيديين من أن “سياسات مرسومة” أدت الى حصول نوع من التغيير الديمغرافي في المنطقة التي كانت ذات غالبية ايزيدية قبل 25 عاما ولكنها أضحت ذات غالبية مسلمة اليوم بعد هجرة نسبة كبيرة من سكانها إلى خارج العراق أو نزوحهم إلى مدن إقليم كردستان في حين استقرت مئات العائلات المسلمة في المنطقة قادمة من مدن نينوى المختلفة بما فيها الموصل.

ولا توجد أرقام رسمية بشأن عدد المسيحيين والايزيديين الذين هاجروا خارج البلاد وبشكل خاص من مناطق سنجار وسهل نينوى، لكن نشطاء ورجال دين يتحدثون عن مئات الآلاف. 

لكن منظمات ايزيدية تشير إلى أن نحو 120 الف إيزيدي هاجروا خلال الفترة التي أعقبت استيلاء تنظيم داعش على مناطقهم.

مشاكل مسكوت عنها

يدعو الصحفي سامان داود إلى مواجهة تلك الخلافات والمشاكل القائمة بين المكونات والحديث عنها بكل وضوح بدل انكارها.

ويقول “الكثيرون يتحاشون الحديث عن تلك المشاكل لكن هذا لا يلغي وجودها… نعم قد لا تكون ظاهرة للعلن ولكنها حقيقة بالفعل ويجب حلها لأنها قد تؤدي إلى مشاكل أكبر من تداعيات احتلال داعش لسهل نينوى”. 

رغم كل تلك المشاكل، يعتقد الشاب علي آغا، أن التعايش الايجابي يمكن ان يعود للمنطقة فلا خلافات مجتمعية حقيقية، وكل طرف يرى في الآخر شريكاً له، لكن مفتاح بناء المستقبل المشترك يتمثل أولاً وقبل كل شيء في تحسين الأوضاع السياسية ووضع حد للصراع على المناصب من أجل المصالح الضيقة للشخصيات النافذة في السهل.

أما الخطوة الثانية المهمة لإعادة بناء التعايش بحسب آغا، فتتمثل في تعزيز الأمن واطلاق حملات الإعمار وتحسين اقتصاد المنطقة ما ينهي ظاهرة نزوح أبناء المكونات بحثاً عن حياة أفضل في مدن إقليم كردستان أو خارج البلاد.
