لەڕاستیدا تائیستا توانیومانە ٦٩ گۆڕی بەکۆمەڵ بدۆزینەوە ، ئەم گۆڕانە جیاوازن لە یەکتر بەپێی پێوەرە نێودەوڵەتییەکان  ئەگەر ٢ کەس لە گۆڕێکدابن بەگۆڕی بەکۆمەڵ دادەنرێت ، سەرەڕای جیاوازی نێوان سەرژمێرییەکان بۆگۆڕی بەکۆمەڵ تائێستا توانراوە ٦٩ گۆڕی بەکۆمەڵ بدۆزرێتەوە و بەبەڵگەنامەیی بکرێت لەلایەن ڕیکخراوی ئێزدیی بۆبەبەڵگەنامەیی کردن  و هەمودامەزراوەکان کەکار لەسەر گۆڕە بەکۆمەڵەکان دەکەن ودامەزراوە حکومییەکان  بەڵام ئەم دامەزراوانە وحکومەت وکۆمەڵگای نێودەڵەتی گرنگی بەم گۆڕە بەکۆمەڵانە نادەن بەشێوەیەک کەهەتا ئێستا ڕوفاتی ٦٩ کەسیان هەڵگرتۆتەوە لەم گۆڕانەدا لەلایەکی تریشەوە ئەم سەرژمیرییە ئەوەمان بۆ دەردەخات کە ئەم گۆڕانە توشی پشت گوێ خستنێکی زۆربونەتەوە لە ماوەی چوار ساڵی ڕابردو هیچ گرنگییەکیان پێ نەدراوە و رۆژ بەڕۆژ بەرەو ون بون و لەناوچون دەچن بەهۆکاری جیاوازی وەک کەش وهەواو تێکدان وسوتان ، ئێمە لەبەردەم پرسێکی گەورەداین وەک ئێزیدییەکان و بەردەام لە جوڵەداین لەگەڵ ڕێکخراوە نێودەوڵەتییەکان ولایەنی پەیوەندیدار بەم بابەتەوە لەحکومەتی بەغداو لایەنە نێوەدەوڵەتییەکان کەتائێستاش هیچ هەنگاوێکی جدییان لەم بوارەدا نەناوە ، گۆرە بەکۆمەڵەکان بەکاری هەڕەمەکی چارەسەر نابێت بەڵکو پێویستی بە کاری پڕۆفیشناڵانەو هونەری هەیە ، پێویستە کەسانی تایبەتمەند لەم بواردا کاربکەن لە پڕۆسەی هەڵگرتنەوەی روفاتەکان و هاوتاکردنی   DNAلەگەڵ خێزانی قوربانیان بۆ دەرخستنی ناسنامەی کەسی قوربانی .

کەداعش هات بۆ حردان ئێمە ڕامانکرد چونکە شەوی پێش هاتنی داعش خزمێکمان کە ماڵیان لە شنگال بو پەیوەندی پێوەکردین و ئاگاداری کردین کە داعش هێرشی کردۆتەسەرمان و دەست درێژی کردۆتەسەرژن و کچەکانمان و پیاوەکانی کوشتوین ، ئێمەش ڕامانکرد بۆشاخی شەنگال و بۆماوەی ١٨ ڕۆژ لەوێ ماینەوە لەبارودۆخێکی زۆر سەختدا بوین تەنانەت نان و ئاویشمان پێ نەبو تەنها تۆزیک ئاردم بردبو لەگەڵ خۆم لەگوندیکی نزیک شاخەکە ئاوم هێنا بۆئەوەی بتوانین بیکەین بەنان و منداڵەکان نەمرن ، دواتر ڕامانکرد بۆ کوردستانی سوریاو لەوێوە هاتین بۆزاخۆ ودواتر هاتین بۆ سلێمانی ، دوای ڕزگارکردنی ناوچەکە لەدەستی داعش گەڕاینەوە بۆ ناوچەکانی خۆمان ، بەڵام ماڵ و حاڵمان هیچ نەمابو هەمو کەل وپەلەکانمان برابون ، خێزانی ئێمە لەهێرشی داعش  قوربانی زۆریدا ،چونکە سەرەتا کەداعش هاتە ناوشارۆچکەکەوە بانگەوازی کرد کەس ماڵی خۆی جێ نەهێڵێت و هەموتان پارێزراون و هیچ مەترسییەک لەسەر ژیانتان نیە ،بەڵام هەمو ئەوانەیان دەستگیرکرد کە گەمارۆیان دابوون ، نزیکی عەسر هەندێک خەڵکی حردان ویستان ڕابکەن بەڵام نەیانزانی کە داعش لە دوڕیانی حرادن بازگەی داناوە، پێش ڕاکردنیان کەس وکاری من کڵاشینکۆفێک و ڕومانەیەکی ڕاوکردنیان هەبو کە لای دراوسییەکی خۆیان دایاننابو بۆ ئەوەی کاتێک هاتنەوە وەری بگرنەوە بەڵام کاتێک گەشتونەتە ئەوماڵە داعش گەمارۆی داون و دەست درێژی کردۆتەسەر خێزانەکانیان.

باوکم کە ئەو دەست درێژییەی بینیوە بەرگەی نەگرتوە و دەستی کردوە بە قسەوتن بە داعشەکان ئەوانیش ویستویانە بیکوژن ئەگەر ژنێکی عەرەب نەبوایە کەخۆی خستۆتە بەردەمی وڕێگری کردوە لەداعشەکان کەپەلاماری بدەن و پێی وتون کە ڕێتان نادەم بیکوژن وئەو کەس وکاری ئێمەیە ، ئیدی ئەو خێزانە عەرەبە لەوەزیاتریان لەدەست نەهاتوە، داعش کەس وکارەکەمیاب بردوە بۆ دوڕیانی حەردان ژن و منداڵەکانیان جیاکردۆتەوە و گواستویانەتەوە بۆشوێنێکی تر وە پیاو و ژنەبەتەمەنەکانیان کوشتوە کەلەنیوانیاندا باوکی منیشی تێدایە..

* دروست کردنی لیژنەیەک بۆ هەڵدانەوەی گۆڕە بە کۆمەڵەکانی شنگال

بەڕێوەبەری گشتی فەرمانگەی ڕێکخروەناحکومییەکان لە سەرۆکایەتی ئەنجومەنی وەزیران ڕایگەیاند کە لیژنەیەک پێکهێنراوە بۆ هەڵدانەوەی گۆڕەبەکۆمەڵەکان لەشەنگال و هەروەها بۆناسینەوەی قوربانیان .

محمدتاهیرتەمیمی لە لێدوانێکدا بۆ سایتەکەمان ڕایگەیاند کە لیژنەکە پێکهاتوە پزیشکی دادوەری و دەزگای شەهیدان و بەڕێوەبەرایەتی گۆڕەبەکۆمەڵەکان و ڕێکخراوە نێوەدەوڵەتییەکان لەوانە خاچی سور.

ئاماژەی بەوەدا کە لەبەرواری ٣/٩/٢٠١٨ کارەکانیان لە شەنگال دەست پێدەکات بۆ کۆکردنەوەی نمونە لە کەس وکاری قوربانیان بۆ ئەوەی پاشان هەڵدانەوەی گۆڕەکان قوربانیان بناسرێنەوە ڕوفاتەکانیان بدرێنەوە بەکەس وکاریان.

تەمیمی ڕایگەیاند کە ئەنجومەنی وەزیران بڕیاری داوە ئەو قوتابخانەی کەداعش تاوانەکانی تێدا ئەنجامداوە لە گوندی کۆجۆی سەربە قەزای شەنگال، بکرێتە مۆزەخانە بۆبەبەڵگەکردنی کارەساتەکان.

لەلای خۆشیەوە قائیمقامی قەزای شەنگال بەوەکالەت فهد حامد لەلێدوانێکیدا بۆ سایتەکەمان ڕایگەیاند دۆزینەوەی زیاتر لە شەست گۆڕی بەکۆمەڵ وامان لێدەکات خێرا بکەن لە هەڵدانەوەیان پێش نەمان و لەناوچونیان بەمەبەستی بەجینۆساید ناساندنی تاوانەکە بۆئەوەی بتوانرێت بەئاسانی بناسرێنەوەو مافی ڕەوای ئەو قوربانیانە لە تۆڵەکردنەوە لە تاوانباران لەناونەچێت.
