نساء من نينوى ..عمل في قلب النزوح

 تنادي على ابنتها ان تصب الماء لتعجن الطين وتصفه فوق حلقة صنعتها قبل وصولنا ، فهي تعمل على تصنيع تنور الطين في مخيم لا احد يمارس فيه اي نشاط سوى الاكل والنوم منذ اكثر من عام.
“امضي يومين كاملين في صناعته وابيعه بخمسة الاف دينار (٤$) ” تقول ام احمد وهي تمسح يديها المتسختين بالطين.

مخيم حسن شام احد المخيمات الثلاثة إضافة الى مخيمي خازروجمكور، تقع شرق الموصل وافتتحت مع بداية العمليات العسكرية في تشرين الاول /اكتوبر ٢٠١٦.
ام احمد واحدة من الاف النازحين من نينوى والذين يقطنون مخيم حسن شام في حالة اشبه بالاقامة الجبرية حيث لايسمح لهم بالدخول والخروج الا للحالات الطارئة لكنهم لايمارسون اي عمل ولاوظيفة ويعتمدون على المساعدات المقدمة من منظمات حكومية ودولية.
“اعمل في صناعة تنور الطين الذي يعتمد عليه النازحون في الخبز فهو لايحتاج الى كهرباء ولا غاز او نفط ولايساوي ثمنه الجهد الذي نبذله فيه انا وبناتي لكني اعيل عائلتي ” تضيف وهي ترص صف الطين وتصقله جيدا.
مواده الاولية متوفرة في المخيم، فهو يتكون من الطين والماء والملح وبعض التبن (ماتهشم من سيقان القمح او الشعير بعد درسه ) توضح ام احمد.
تغطي خيام النازحين مساحة واسعة في قرية حسن شام ، وهي تتكون من اربع مخيمات بعدما تم توسيعها ابان المعارك في كانون الثاني/ديسمبر٢٠١٦ وتموز/يوليو ٢٠١٧، ما دفع الى فتح مخيم اخر في قرية(جمكور) ثم تبعه مخيم

U2 الملحق بالخازر ايضا.
دكاكين صغيرة وورش تنتشر في المخيم عشرات الدكاكين الصغيرة التي افتتحتها النساء وخصوصا الارامل منهن لبيع المواد الغذائية البسيطة وبعض حلوى الاطفال اذ لايوجد مدخول شهري لهن ولا رعاية اجتماعية.


ام محمد احدى النازحات من منطقة مشيرفة شمال غربي الموصل ارملة وام ارملة، تنشد حقوق النساء الذين غيبتهن المخيمات ونسين فكرة العودة الى المدينة بعد ان فقدن ازواجهن في المعارك مع تنظيم داعش.
“قتل زوجي اثناء النزوح فدفناه في الطريق ومضينا الى المخيم ومنذ ذلك الحين ونحن نعد اياما تشبه بعضها” تقول وهي تتوسط خيمتها الفارغة الا من بساط نايلوني وسقف خلق اتعبته الشمس والامطار.
تعمل ام محمد في صناعة الخبز وبيعه لتسد احتياجات عائلتها واطفالها الاربعة.
“ابنتي هي الاخرى ارملة مثلي رغم صغر سنها ، فقدنا معيلينا ولا احد ياتي الى هنا ليسجلنا في رعاية المرأة” تختم كلامها.

لقد سجلت وزارة الهجرة والمهجرين أكثر من ٥.٥ مليون نازح منذ ٢٠١٤ بينما لم تتجاوز نسبة العائدين ٤٥ ٪ حتى الان حسب تصريح الوزير جاسم الجاف.
الخياطة والحياكة والتطريز تقدم موردا لاباس فيه لنساء المخيم اللاتي يُجدن هذه المهن ويبعن منتجاتهن للنازحين باثمان زهيدة لكنها قد تساوي لديهن كيلوغراما من لحم حرموا منه فترة طويلة.
وتتعدد اسباب عدم عودة النازحين الى غلاء المعيشة وارتفاع بدلات الايجار وقلة فرص العمل وانعدام الخطط الحكومية لاعادتهم ودمجهم في المجتمع.
