من قتل هشام الهاشمي؟

كشخص في مثل مكانة وسمعة وخبرة هشام الهاشمي الباحث البارع والمحلل المتمكن من حرفته كان يمكنه اختيار أي مدينة اوربية للعيش فيها مع عائلته بهدوء، لكنه اختار البقاء في مدينته الموحشة والمليئة بالمخاطر بغداد.

قُتل الهاشمي على يد مسلحين مجهولين بمسدسات كاتم للصوت في باب منزله في منطقة زيونة في بغداد قبل يومين، ولطالما كان محللا لمثل هذه الحوادث حتى اصبح احد ضحاياها، كان يعلم بالخطر على حياته ليس الان بل منذ سنوات، وهو من الأشخاص القلائل في العراق غير محبوب من قبل الجماعات المسلحة سواء الشيعية او السنية المتطرقة.

لم يقتصر في تحليلاته وكتاباته على الشأن الأمني، بل السياسي ايضا باعتباره السبب المنتج للعنف المسلح، ينتقد أي حزب متى أخطأ بلا خوف وبطريقة هادئة ومحترمة اكسبته احترام حتى الذين يتم انتقادهم من قبله، لأنه ببساطة هشام الهاشمي، لأنه اختار الوسطية والاعتدال ونبذ التطرف في انتقاداته وكتاباته، يستعرض الواقع مع الدلائل، يتجنب السجالات المشحونة حتى في اقسى الاحداث التي تجتاح البلاد.

ليس من السهل ان تكون مستقلا غير حزبي ويكون اسمك اعلى ترند في مواقع التواصل الاجتماعي، الهاشمي حصل على ذلك بعد مقتله بسبب شعبيته وحب الناس له.

صدمة كبيرة، فجأة ذلك الباحث الهادئ الذي يترك انطباعا مريحا لمن يقابله ولو لمرة واحدة، يتم قتله بطريقة بشعة، لن نرى بعد الان تحليلاته الثاقبة على شاشات التلفاز، لن نستفيد بعد الان من كتاباته العميقة في جوهر ازمتنا، الازمة العراقية المتواصلة امنيا وسياسيا.

الهاشمي من الباحثين العراقيين القلائل الذي يصدح صوته بلا خوف وقرر البقاء داخل العراق، شخص بمكانته وعلاقاته المختلفة مع كبار المسؤولين العراقيين والأجانب، وخبرته النادرة المطلوبة، كان يستطيع بكل ذلك ان يختار دولة أخرى للعيش مع عائلته بأمان.

ولكنه اختار البقاء لأنه يؤمن ان حل أزمات بلده الذي يحبه يتطلب منه التواجد فيه والحوار مع الأطراف المتنازعة وتقريب وجهات النظر، املا في ذلك اليوم الذي يحلم به العراقيين في بلد آمن ومزدهر، لكن الهاشمي لن يرى ذلك اليوم.

بعد دقائق فقط من مقتل الهاشمي، دخلت مواقع التواصل الاجتماعي في العراق في معركة وخطاب كراهية بين طرفين، أولئك الذين يدافعون عن ايران، وأولئك الذين يدافعون عن الولايات المتحدة، ليست مفاجأة، فالصراع الإيراني-الأميركي في البلاد امتد الى داخل المجتمع عبر خطاب كراهية يحاول تقسيم المجتمع اما انت مع ايران ضد اميركا، او انت مع اميركا ضد ايران.

في الواقع هناك الأغلبية العراقية الهادئة المعتدلة وبينهم الهاشمي، تقول اننا لسنا مع أي طرف، اننا عراقيون وجزء كبير من مشاكلنا تتحملها كلا الدولتين المتصارعتين في العراق.

للأسف، أصحاب الاجندة من الدولتين يلعبان دورا سلبيا في تدمير الوحدة الوطنية، عبر وسائل الاعلام ومواقع التواصل الاجتماعي.

المئات من الصحفيين والباحثين العراقيين الذي يعيشون بأمان في اميركا واوربا والخليج وتركيا، يشنون حملات كراهية ويدفعون العراقيين في الداخل الى الخطر عبر حملات تطلب منهم كراهية اقرانهم العراقيين الذي يعملون في قوات “الحشد الشعبي” وكأن جميعهم مجرمين، دون ادراك حقيقة الوضع وتعقيداته داخل البلاد.

في المقابل أولئك المطمئنين من الخطر الداعمين لإيران، يشنون حملات مماثلة بالعمالة والخيانة للذين يعملون مع الجيش ومكافحة الارهاب، واصبح الشباب العراقي دون ادراك تحت تأثير هذين الطرفين.

يريد كل طرف تدمير الاخر، يريد أولئك المناهضين لإيران وقوات الحشد الشعبي تحشيد العراقيين من اجل ذلك، بينما يريد الطرف الاخر تحشيد العراقيين ضد اميركا.

كلا الطرفين كان يريد ان يكسب الهاشمي الى جانبه، ولكنه في الواقع كان يلتقي زعماء الأحزاب والفصائل الشيعية في يوم، وفي اليوم التالي يلتقي زعماء الأحزاب السنية والكردية، وجنرالات الجيش ومكافحة الإرهاب، لأنه يؤمن ان الحوار هو السبيل للخلاص من الازمات.

النخبة المثقفة في العراق من الفنانين والباحثين والصحفيين الذي يعيشون داخل البلاد وفضلوا عدم الهجرة رغم العروض العديدة، واحدهم الهاشمي، يدركون جيدا ان الحوار الداخلي بين الأطراف المتصارعة هو الحل، لا يريدون ان تكون بلادهم معادية للولايات المتحدة او ايران، بل يريدون الحصول على حق السيادة في رسم علاقاتهم وفق أسس متوازنة مبنية على مصلحة العراق.

أولئك العراقيين الذين يعيشون في الخارج والواقعين تحت تأثير الاجندات المتصارعة بين واشنطن وطهران لا يريدون ان يفهموا ان العراقيين في الداخل جربوا ثمن معاداة ايران خلال حرب شرسة في ثمانينات القرن الماضي، ومعاداة اميركا خلال العقوبات الاقتصادية في تسعينات القرن الماضي، لانهم ببساطة غادروا البلاد ويشعرون بالأمان، مقحمين في تحليلاتهم وكتاباتهم مشاكلهم وقصصهم الشخصية التي تعرضوا لها في وقت واجبرتهم الى الهجرة.

في الأسابيع القليلة الماضية بلغ خطاب الكراهية في العراق أوجه، يسيطر حاملي الاجندة من الداعمين لإيران وأميركا على الترند اليومي في مواقع التواصل الاجتماعي، هاشتاغات متطرفة تسيطر على العراقيين، يشارك فيها الشباب دون ادراك، ويتحول بعضهم الى ضحية بسبب اندفاعه وحماسته، او تدفع المسلحين الى ارتكاب جرائم ضد عراقيين مسالمين كما حصل مع الهاشمي.

مقتل الهاشمي كان فرصة جديدة لحاملي الاجندة لأطلاق خطاب الكراهية بين الطرفين، كل طرف يتهم الاخر بقتل الهاشمي، وبكل تأكيد لو كان الهاشمي بيننا، ويدرك ما يجري الان لأبدى استيائه وحزنه، فالرسالة الوحيدة التي كان يسير عليها هذا الشخص الشجاع هو تبادل الحوار بدلا من تبادل الأحقاد والكراهية.
