ام كرار … اول سيدة عراقية تفتح مخبزاً خاصاً

فتحت سيدة اربعينية تدعى ام كرار تقطن محافظة الديوانية (181 كلم ) جنوب بغداد مخبزاً خاصاً لإعالة أولادها وزوجها المريض وهو اول مخبز تفتحه سيدة في العراق متغلبة بذلك على قيود اجتماعية تفرض على النساء عمل الخبز في المنازل وبيعه للأسواق.

في الهواء الطلق وعلى الشارع الرئيسي لمحافظة الديوانية تقف ام كرار في مخبزها الصغير لتصنع خبزاً جذب الكثيرون من الزبائن وتقول “لا يوجد مانع من مزاولة النساء لجميع الأعمال بشرط ان تؤمن المرأة بعملها وتثق بنفسها”.

تؤمن ام كرار بشراكة المرأة و الرجل لتحمل اعباء  الحياة فقد كانت تعمل في منزلها خلال عمل زوجها ولكن بعد ان  فقد عمله بسبب المرض قررت ان تطلق مشروعها بمساعدة أولادها وأن تفتح مخبزها الخاص.

العراقيون لم يعتادوا على رؤية سيدة تعمل في مخبز في الهواء الطلق وعلى الشارع الرئيسي ، إذ جرت العادة ان تعمل الخبازات في بيوتهن فيما يحتكر الرجال محال صناعة الخبز وبيعه في المدينة واحيائها لكن زبائن الخبازة الماهرة يؤمنون بقدرتها على صناعة خبز مميز لذا بات الأمر طبيعياً لديهم.

ولم تكتفي ام كرار بفتح محل الخبز الصغير بل وضعت لافتة كتبت عليها “مخبز المرأة المجاهدة ” وحينما تصنع الخبز ترتدي قميصا بلون مختلف يشبه الى حد كبير قميص المقاتلين في الجبهات، وربما ارادت ان ترمز فيه الى انها تقاتل الفقر وتسعى للنصر مثلما يسعى اليه الجندي في المعركة.

استمدت صانعة الخبز اللذيذ اسم مخبزها من فلسفة خاصة تؤمن بها وتقول “العمل هو الجهاد، ومن يعمل لكسب قوته ويواجه الظروف الصعبة انما هو مجاهد حقيقي في هذه الحياة، لذا اطلقت هذا الاسم على مخبزي”.

كرار يساعد والدته في العمل

تعمل ام كرار بجد ولا تفارقها الابتسامة إذ كسبت العديد من الزبائن الذين يقطعون مسافات بعيدة لشراء الخبز منها، فخبزها طيب وحار تماماً مثلما يحبه السكان المحليون.

يقول احد زبائنها الدائمين “تحب أسرتي هذا الخبز لأنه يمتاز بطعمه  الخاص والنكهة الطيبة التي تذكرنا بأيام الماضي الجميل فقرص الخبز كبير ولذيذ وله رائحة زكية”.

استقطب مخبز “المرأة المجاهدة” الكثيرون وهي  لم تواجه اي صعوبة في فتح مخبزها فالكثيرون من الزبائن شجعوها على العمل ووصفوها بأوصاف تحفيزية “كان هذا دافع ايجابي للاستمرار بالعمل وتقديم أفضل الخدمات” تقول بابتسامة بينما يتصبب العرق على جبينها اثناء العمل.

 

ورغم ان العمل في صناعة الخبز مرهق جدا خاصة في فصل الصيف الا انها تعتبره راحة نفسية فقد صنعت مشروعها البسيط وهي تؤمن بقدراتها في ادامته “عندما اعود الى منزلي مع رزقي الحلال يزول كل التعب فأنا فخورة بنفسي وعملي هو السر الذي يجعلني اشعر بالسعادة ”

وتضيف “اشعر ان رسالتي في الحياة هي الكفاح من اجل العيش الكريم ويجب ان يبقى المخبز حاملا هذه الرسالة مدى الحياة ليشعر الجميع بان المرأة تكافح كالرجل من اجل كرامتها وتتحمل كامل المسؤولية”.

الرسالة التي تريد ام كرار ان توصلها لكل امرأة بان تعتمد على نفسها وتتجنب الاذلال والعوز  حتى لو كانت لا تجيد اية حرفة او كانت غير متعلمة عليها ان تبادر لتتعلم الخياطة او صناعة المنتجات الغذائية أو أي شيء آخر تحبه و لا تعتمد على الاخرين، بل تختار لنفسها عملا مستقلا حتى لو لم تكن بحاجة للمال.
