مطعم لنازح موصلي ينال شهرة في النجف

عاش مهند علي ظروفاً صعبة مع عائلته بعد نزوحه من مدينة الموصل الى النجف، ورغم وجود المساعدات من الاهالي قرر ان يتحدى الصعوبات ويؤسس مشروعا صغير وبدأ بشراء عشرة مقاعد وأدوات مطبخ بدائية الصنع من سوق البضائع المستعملة.
مهند في نهاية عقده الثلاثين وهو متزوج ولديه ثلاثة أطفال إذ عاش بسلام مع اسرته في قضاء سهل نينوى منطقة برطلة حتى اضطر للنزوح الى محافظة النجف بعد سيطرة تنظيم داعش على الموصل ويقول “وصلنا النجف بعد طريق طويل ولا نحمل سوى حقيبة سفر تحتوي على بعض من الحاجات الثمينة والملابس كانت ظروف صعبة وحياة جديدة قررت ان ابدا من الصفر واتحدى الظروف وبعد مرور ايام من السكن في الفندق قررت ان اعمل وذهبت صباحا للعمل كان العمل شاقا والاجواء حاره لكن وجدت المتعة الحقيقة حين استلمت اول اجرة عمل بعد النزوح”.
ويضيف قررت لاحقاً ان اعمل مشروعا استطيع من خلاله ان نعيش بشكل افضل وكانت جميع الطرق مغلقة امامي الا طريق واحد هو المجازفة في المال القليل الذي امتلكه ويمتلكه اخي وبعض اقاربي ففتحنا مطعماً للأكلات الشعبية الموصلية في النجف.
بعد شهور من فتتاح المطعم بات معروفا بين الأهالي لا سيما وانه يقدم الاكلات الموصلية الشهيرة التي لا يجيد أهالي المدينة طبخها لذا قرر البقاء في النجف بعدما بات مشروعه ناجحا ومعروفا بين الأهالي وهو يسعى لتطويره بشكل دائم ويرغب بتوسعته.
“العمل في المطعم كان يتحسن يوما بعد آخر وكلما زاد المال زاد عدد الطاولات ومقاعد الجلوس وبعد مرور اكثر من شهر بدا اهالي النجف يتوافدون على اكل الاكلات الموصلية ومنها الكبة، الخبز بلحم ، الباجة ، وغيرها حتى سددت كل الديون واصبحت اغلب اسهم المطعم ملكي” يقول الشاب النازح بحماس.
ويضيف “حققت حلمي ونجاحي بهذا المطعم الذي اسميته “مطعم نينوى” بعدما حافظت على عائلتي ومعها 15 عائلة من الفقر إذ ان جميع العمال من النازحين من اهالي الموصل الذين قرروا عدم العودة الى الموصل والاستقرار في النجف”.
بعد تحرير سهل نينوى ومنطقة برطلة من التنظيم المتشدد قرر مهند علي الذهاب الى زيارة المنطقة وتفقد منزله ويقول “كان موقفا صعبا حين اسير بشوارع المنطقة واشاهد الدمار لم يبقى من بعض الاشجار الا القليل واختفت الطيور وتحولت ناحية برطلة الى مدينة اشباح وصلت منزلي ووجدت هيكلا اختفت منه الذكريات، حاجات منزلي كل شيء كنت ابحث بهدوء واخاف من الالغام شاهدت في احدى زوايا غرفة اولادي لعبة اطفال كانت اللعبة المفضلة لدى ابنتي، اما غرفتي فوجدت بها صورة والدي محطمة”.
اليوم يفضل الشاب النازح العيش في النجف إذ ان مطعمه بات معروفاً ليس في النجف فحسب انما عند البعض من اهالي محافظتي بابل والديوانية ويقول “لا اريد ان اعود للعيش في سهل نينوى مع الذكريات فقط إذ ان معظم جيراني من المسيحيين والآيزيديين هاجروا خارج البلاد وانا قلق عليهم لعدم تواصلي وانقطاع اخبارهم اتمنى ان يشاهدوا كلماتي احبهم كثيرا وأتمنى ان أراهم مجدداً”.
