قد يكون الأمر طبيعياً حين تصلك وجبتك الغذائية المفضلة وأنت جالس في بيتك ، لكن من غير الطبيعي أن يكون طهي وجبتك تحت إشراف طبيب ومهندس لكن هذا ما حدث بالفعلفي مدينة الكوت (180 كلم) جنوب بغداد.

مؤسسو المطعم طبيب ومهندسان سعوا إلى إِثبات مهاراتهم عبر فن الطهي وتقديم الطعام، والمطعم هو الأول من نوعه يمثل تجربة جديدة بين مطاعم الكوت، إذ ان فريق عمله من خريجي الجامعات وزبائنه يمثلون جميع الفئات.

قصة الطبيب البيطري كرار ثامر وصديقيه المهندسين غيث وسجاد لا تتشابه مع قصص غيرهم، فقد نجحوا في تجاوز حواجز اجتماعية كثيرة، يقف في مقدمتها كسر المألوف وعدم الاستسلام للأمر الواقع.

فكرة تأسيس المطعم كما يقول الطبيب كرار ثامر الشاب الثلاثيني جاءت وليدة شح وانحسار فرص العمل ، فقرروا عدم الاستسلام للواقع وافتتاح مشروع مستقل يتطلعون من خلاله إلى عرض خبراتهم وكفاءاتهم وتحديهم لظروف التوظيف.

المطعم الذي مضى على افتتاحه ثلاثة أشهر وجهز بمعدات المطبخ ومستلزمات الطهي بالتقسيط وكان المبلغ اللازم لافتتاحه لا يتجاوز (4800 دولار)، “باشرنا العمل فيه بعدما تمكنا نحن الشركاء الثلاثة من جمع المبلغ، واتفقنا على استئجار مكان ملائم” يضيف الطبيب وهو ينهمك بتقديم شرح مفصل لزبائنه حول طبق اليوم.

ومع أن الطريق في تأسيس مثل هذا المشروع لم يكن معبداً بالورود، لكن”تفاعل المجتمع في الكوت منحه طوق النجاة في سوق منافسة شرسة “يقول مهندس الحاسبات غيث القريشي، ويضيف “الخطوة تمثل تحدٍ مختلف وقصة نجاح جديدة تثبت أن لا شيء يصعب على الشباب إذا ما اتيحت الفرصة لهم وفكروا خارج الصندوق المغلق”.

وفي طور الاستفادة من التقنيات الرقمية السائدة يطمح المهندس القريشي إلى إِنشاء تطبيق على الهواتف الذكية للمطعم الذي يحمل اسماً يمثل الحروف الأولى من أسماء مؤسسيه ويقدم لزبائنه وجبات غذائية مختلفة ، ويتيح لهم حجز طلباتهم الكترونياً.

وعن بعض المواقف التي يتعرض لها الشركاء الثلاثة والتدخل في طريقة طهي الأطعمة المقدمة للزبائن يقول شريكهم الثالث المهندس سجاد نصير بأنهم يتدخلون في كل صغيرة وكبيرة ويَسْتَفِيدُونَ من تجارب المختصين في فن الطبخ، مضيفاً بأن ما يميز مطعمهم “ليس تقديمه طعاماً صحياً فحسب، بل وصفاته السرية للأطعمة وللتوابل على وجه التحديد طبقاً لأذواق أصحابه وهو ما جعله قبلة الكثيرين من سكان مدينة الكوت الذي اعجبتهم النكهات المبتكرة”.

ويؤكد المهندس الحاصل على شهادة الماجستير في هندسة الحاسبات بأن المطعم أصبح مشهوراً  بعد شهر من افتتاحه بين الطلاب والعاملين في الدوائر الحكومية القريبة، وصار يلبي رغبات الزبائن من خلال خدمة التوصيل المجاني”.

وبابتسامة عريضة وثقة بالنفس يردف قائلاً” لم اكن افكر ليوم واحد أن أعمل في هذا المجال، لكن الحياة قد تضعك كما تشاء هي وليس كما تشاء أنت، والحمد لله على كل حال”

وتولد الكثير من المشاريع الصغيرة  في بعض المدن المأهولة بالسكان بسبب المنافسة الوافدة من النازحين من الداخل او بعض السوريين، لكن هذا المطعم كانت مجرد فكرة صغيرة تحدث فيها ثلاثة أصدقاء تخرجوا من الجامعة ولم يعثروا على فرصة عمل فقرروا اختراع فرصتهم الخاصة. ووفق آراء عدد من الزبائن الدائمين للمكان والذين لا يعرف الكثيرون منهم ان أصحابه كانوا سيعملون في أماكن مختلفة تماماً لو وجدوا فرص في مجال دراستهم، فإن الطعام يبدو طيباً ونكهته مميزة ويمزح بعضهم بأن السبب قد يعود الى هوية ملاكه.

على السراي واحد من زبائن المطعم الدائمين يعتقد بأن التعامل مع مالكي المشروع يتصف بالسهولة واللطف ربما لكون أصحابه يمتلكون فكراً مختلفاً عن باقي أصحاب المطاعم ويضيف “هنا نجد أطباق متنوعة ومن مختلف المطابخ العربية تضاهي نظيراتها في باقي المطاعم”

“نكن لهم ولأمثالهم كل الاحترام والتقدير، لأنهم يمثلون العصامية بأبهى صورها ، فقد حصدوا من الشهرة والشعبية الشي الكثير” يقول حيدر بشار زبون آخر وهو يمر من أمام المطعم.
