النزوح يرفع نسبة الزيجات بين تركمان العراق والمجتمعات الأخرى

رغم ما حملته من آلام عميقة، ساهمت موجة النزوح التي شهدتها بعض المدن العراقية بعد اجتياح تنظيم (داعش) لها صيف 2014 في تقريب المكونات والعوائل في المجتمعات المتباعدة جغرافيا، ما شكل فرصة نادرة للتواصل والتلاقي..

خلال سنوات قليلة تمكنت آلاف العوائل النازحة من منطقة تلعفر في شمال غربي نينوى إلى مدن وسط وجنوب العراق من بناء علاقات اجتماعية خارج بيئاتها السابقة، مهدت سريعا لحصول زيجات بين النازحين والمجتمعات التي استضافتهم.

الزيجات غير المسبوقة، كسرت برأي كثيرين الصورة النمطية عن المصاهرة بين المجتمعات المختلفة في قومياتها ومذاهبها الدينية وعاداتها وتقاليدها الاجتماعية.

حصل ذات الشيء بين النازحين العرب من نينوى وصلاح الدين والأنبار إلى مناطق اربيل والسليمانية ودهوك، فقد ساهمت عملية النزوح تلك في مد العلاقات بين المجتمعات الكردية والعربية، ومعها تم تسجيل مئات حالات الزواج المختلط والتي كانت نادرة إلى وقت قريب. 

ترحيب وتساؤلات

تلك الحالات كانت في العموم محل ترحيب مجتمعي، كما يقول الناشط حسن عبدالله، وإن كان البعض نظر اليها بشيء من الشك، خاصة ما تعلق ببعض حالات الزواج المختلط بين شباب من شيعة سنجار وفتيات من جنوب البلاد خوفاً من أن تشكل مستقبلاً وفي حال تزايدها أداةً للتغيير الديموغرافي للمناطق، لا سيما تلك المتنازع عليها بين الحكومة الاتحادية وحكومة إقليم كردستان.

يقول الشاب التركماني ايهاب سمير: “خلال نزوحي إلى كركوك، عملتُ مع فتاة تركمانية في فريق تطوعي واحد، ومع الأيام ولدت بيننا قصة حب انتهت بالزواج.. كانت هناك تساؤلات ومخاوف في البداية بسبب اختلاف البيئة المجتمعية لكن لاحقاً جرى كل شيء بشكل جيد”.

ويرى سمير أن “اختلاف المجتمعات والثقافات من مدينةٍ إلى أخرى ليس شاسعاً إلى درجةٍ كبيرة، ففي المحصلة هناك تشابه في الثقافات والعائدات، وتبقى الثقافة الوطنية هي السائدة”.

يضيف سمير، ذي الـ28 عاماً: “حين تعرفتُ على زوجتي جذبني فيها وعيها وثقافتها وأخلاقها، وحين تبادلت أسرنا الزيارات وتعرفت على بعض عن كثب، لم تجد مانعاً يحول دون زواجنا، فتمّ ذلك ورُزقنا خلال السنوات الخمس الماضية بطفلين”. 

ووقعت تلعفر التي يعيش فيها تركمان موزعين بين المذهبين الشيعي والسني، 69 كم شمال غرب الموصل، تحت سيطرة تنظيم داعش في حزيران 2014، واضطر أغلب سكانها البالغ عددهم نحو 225 ألف نس

مة إلى النزوح عنها إلى عددٍ من المحافظات الجنوبية والوسطى، لا سيما النجف وكربلاء وبابل، إلى جانب إقليم كردستان وكركوك وتركيا. 

وعاد نحو 60% من سكان المدينة اليها، خاصة من المكون الشيعي، عقب تحريرها في آب 2017 من سيطرة التنظيم.

من أقصى الشمال الى أقصى الجنوب

لم تكن الزيجات بين أبناء وبنات مناطق جغرافية متباعدة ومن مكونات مختلفة ثقافيا أو لغويًا معروفة في السابق وكانت الحالات المسجلة نادرة، ويواجه أصحابها الكثير من المعوقات والصعوبات. 

تروي سحر إياد، 24 عاماً، وهي متزوجة من شاب في مدينة العمارة جنوب العراق، قصتها قائلة إن زميلاً لها أيام الجامعة، حين كانت تدرس في الكوفة جنوب العراق، تقدمّ للزواج منها إلا أن أهلها رفضوا ذلك بذريعة أنه من مدينة بعيدة ولا يعرفون عنه شيئاً.

“بعد تخرجي من الجامعة ونزوحنا في صيف 2014، كررّ زميلي الطلب وتقدّم لخطبتي من أهلي، الذين وجدوا في سكان المحافظات الجنوبية شعباً كريماً متسامحاً محباً للخير، بحكم معاشرتهم لهم، ويلتزم عادات قريبة من عاداتنا، فأبدوا موافقتهم، وتمّ زوجنا”. تقول إياد.

وتتابع “لم أشعر يوماً ما منذ زواجي به قبل خمس سنوات بالغربة أو ما يشعرني بأنني أعيشُ في مجتمع مختلف عن مجتمعي، فلا اختلاف جذري سوى اللغة باعتباري تركمانية وزوجي عربي القومية، رغم أنه بدأ يتعلم بعض الكلمات وكذا الحال مع أطفالي الثلاثة الذين يجيدون اللغتين العربية والتركمانية”.

وأعلنت وزارة الهجرة والمهجرين العراقية، في 21 تشرين الأول 2020، إغلاق آخر مخيم للنازحين في محافظة كربلاء، جنوبي البلاد، حيث كان يضم 560 شخصاً مننازحي محافظة نينوى، بعد أن تم إعادة جميع نازحيه إلى مناطقهم الأصلية في تلعفر وسهل نينوى، بشكل طوعي بعد إتمام تدقيق ملفاتهم الأمنية.

تقارب العادات يبدد إختلاف اللغة

تزوج علي أحمد، 29 عاماً، وهو تركماني من تلعفر، من شابة نجفية، تعرّف عليها خلال عمله في دائرةٍ حكومية خلال النزوح عام 2016.

“تقارب الطباع والأفكار والقناعة بالآخر كانت سبباً رئيساً في اختياري لها” يقول أحمد. ويضيف أن “زوجته خلال السنوات الأربعة الماضية اعتادتعلى الكثير من الأمور التي رُبما لم تكن مألوفة في مجتمعها … هي تكيفت معها حتى باتت أموراً طبيعية ولا أحد ينظر الى الامر باستغراب”.

ويتابع: “أنا من جانبي أشجع على الاختلاط والزواج بين المجتمعات المختلفة في اللغة والقومية والمذهب، يبقى العراق بثقافته الجامعة وعاداته المختلطة أكبر من أي اختلافات قد تعيق حياتنا المشتركة”.

النزوج يسجل عشرات الزيجات

يؤكد الناشط المدني أحمد عبد الجبار، تسجيل العشرات من الزيجات بين شباب نازحين إلى مناطق أخرى أو تزويج العوائل لبناتهم من شباب تلك المجتمعات.

ويرى ان حصول زيجات بين المكونات المختلفة وتزايدها “تساهم في تعزيز أواصر المحبة والتقارب بين المجتمعات العراقية وإن اختلفت في القوميات والعقائد، وتخلق جيلاً أكثر وعياً وثقافةً”، مبينا أنها “تقلل من حالات العنوسة والأرامل والمطلقات”.

ويضيف “إذا كان هناك تفاهم بين شخصين وحب ومودة وتكافؤ ثقافي فلماذا نعطل هذا الزواج لمجرد اختلافهم في جزئية ثقافية او مذهبية او قومية”.

ويتابع عبد الجبار أن “اختلاف طبيعة المجتمعات لا يشكل عائقاً أمام الحب والزواج، بل سيعزز الموروث الثقافي والحضاري للبلد، ويخلق جيلاً يحمل مزيجاً من الثقافات والعادات الاجتماعية”.

وأشارت دراسة لمنظمة الهجرة الدولية IOM، في وقت سابق، إلى “حالة الاندماج والتأقلم مع المجتمعات التي سكن فيها النازحون، فبعضهم ارتبط بعلاقات مصاهرة في مناطق نزوحه، وآخرون تمكنوا من تحسين أوضاعهم المالية بشكل كبير”.

وتعتقد ابتسام محمد سعيد، وهي ناشطة مدنية وباحثة اجتماعية، أن “هذا النوع من الزيجات سيعزز التماسك الاجتماعي بين الشرائح والمكونات العراقية، كما يزيد من إحساس الفرد بالأمان، ويرسخ الانتماء الوطني”.

وتضيف أن “هناك آثارا اجتماعية ونفسية ايجابية عديدة لهذه الزيجات على المدى القريب والبعيد”، مستبعدة أن يكون الزواج بين القوميات والأديان “إحدى وسائل التغيير الديموغرافي للمناطق، بل أجده تعزيزاً للتماسك والتقارب الاجتماعي”.

آثار اقتصادية

يقول علي، وهو كردي من اربيل تزوج من فتاة عربية من محافظة الانبار، ان الأمر كان صعبا في البداية مع اخلاف اللغة وعدم قدرة العديد من افراد العائلتين على التواصل بسبب اللغة، لكنه أصبح مع مرور الوقت سهلا.

ويضيف:”لم نواجه الكثير من المشاكل، على العكس بعض اصدقائي ممن تزوجوا من كرديات واجهوا مشاكل اكبر بكثير بسبب متطلبات الفتاة الكردية”.

علي يقول انه يزور الانبار بين فترة وأخرى مع زوجته، وقد وجد هناك أكراد آخرين تزوجوا مثله واستقروا هناك وانخرطوا في سوق العمل عبر مشاريع اقتصادية مختلفة نجحوا فيها، وهم يعيشون حياة مستقرة”.
