The birth hall at Al-Afak General Hospital in Diwaniyah governorate witnessed the birth of three children with Caesarean operation for birth giving.

Dr. Zeina al-Awadi, a woman’s obstetrician said that “The birth was prepared for a patient in her thirties of age who was admitted to the large operating room and Caesarean delivery was performed with exceptional effort and with high accuracy, resulting in three twins and two children”. The patient was suffering from obesity and high pressure, which is dangerous during childbirth but is now in good health with her three children.             According to the doctor, the patient has four children and is now obliged to take care of them with her three twins.
