انشاء اول فندق في مدينة الانبار

انشاء اول فندق في محافظة الانبار ظاهرة جديدة تدخل المحافظة في صراع اجتماعي، اقطابه العشائر التي ترفض المساومة على حساب مضايفها وسمعتها في اكرام الضيف، ومجتمع يتطلع الى مواكبة التطور والخروج من شرنقة القبلية.
وسط مدينة الرمادي مركز محافظة الانبار (١١٠ كلم) غرب العاصمة بغداد وتحديدا في حي التأميم، انتصب بناء بخمسة طوابق، تزين واجهاته الأربعة المصابيح والنشرات الضوئية الملونة والاعلانات، التي تشير عمليا الى ان محافظة الانبار أصبحت تمتلك فندقا ولم تعد مهمة البحث عن فندق بالمهمة المستحيلة، لاسيما الزائرين او المارين بمدينة الرمادي كمحطة استراحة للانتقال نحو أعمالهم في مدن المحافظة الأخرى.
محافظة الانبار التي تشكل مساحتها ثلث مساحة العراق لم تمتلك فندقا واحدا بسبب رفض أهلها لمشاريع انشاء الفنادق التي يعدونها من الامور المعيبة بحقهم، الى ان تمكن رجل الاعمال (محمد العلواني) أحد السكان المحليين لمدينة الرمادي، من انشاء فندق “روز بلازا السياحي” بجهود ذاتية، ليكون صاحب البذرة الاولى التي ربما تفتح شهية المستثمرين لمنافسة فندقه الوحيد.
انشا الفندق وفق طراز سياحي يلبي طموح الزائرين، فقد حرصت ادارة الفندق على توفير كافة المستلزمات التي من الممكن ان يحتاجها النزيل اثناء فترة اقامته، فقد تم توفير الاطباق المتعددة التي ترضي مختلف الاذواق في مطعم الفندق الخاص، إضافة الى توفير الاجنحة المميزة للضيوف الــ”VIP”، وأيضا الشقق الفندقية للعائلات، فضلا عن الغرف الفندقية بطاقة استيعابية تصل الى ثمانون سريرا.
لؤي رسول مدير إدارة الفندق تحدث لــ “نقاش “قائلا “قد تكون إمكانيات الفندق ليست بمستوى الطموح او خارج دائرة المنافسة، إذا ما تم مقارنتها بفنادق أخرى في العاصمة بغداد او المحافظات الأخرى، الا انه وفر للمحافظة مرفقا مهما ومميزا لاستقبال الضيوف من موظفي المؤسسات الحكومية او ممثلي المنضمات الدولية، الذين كان يسبب قدومهم الى المحافظة في الغالب حرجا كبيرا للمسؤولين”
ويقول ايضا “لم يكن الرهان حول إمكانية انشاء الفندق، وانما استقطاب الزبائن في مجتمع مازال يجد في مغادرة ضيفه الى مكان اخر غير بيته انتقاص منه، ولعل نجاح الفندق في استقبال الزبائن منذ أكثر من عام مؤشر جيد على ان المشروع خطوة بالاتجاه الصحيح، لا سيما انها اثارت حفيظة المستثمرين والمؤسسات الحكومية على اتخاذ خطوات مماثلة، اهمها استئناف العمل ببناء فندق الانبار الدولي”.
وفي الوقت الذي يرى عدد ليس بالقليل من شيوخ ووجهاء المحافظة ان الفنادق ستكون منافس غير كفوء لمضايف الانبار، وربما ستعكس صورة مشوهة عن المحافظة وتقاليدها التي اشتهرت وتميزت بها، هناك من يؤكد ان الفنادق صورة حضارية سيحرص الجميع على ان يكون الكرم وحسن الضيافة والاستقبال من اهم أولوياتها، بما ينسجم مع العادات والتقاليد لمحافظة الانبار.
احمد الفهداوي أستاذ التاريخ المعاصر في جامعة الانبار، يرى ان اختلاط أهالي محافظة الانبار بمجتمعات أخرى أكثر تمدنا وانفتاحا ابان فترة النزوح والتهجير التي تعرضوا لها بين عامي ٢٠١٤ و٢٠١٧، قد شجع البعض على تبني بعض الأفكار التي كانت تعد من القضايا المستحيلة، ومنها فكرة انشاء الفنادق.
الفهداوي تحدث لــ “نقاش “قائلا “ليس غريبا على عشائر محافظة الانبار ان تخجل من وجود فندق او مكان مخصص للضيوف خارج مضايفها، فلم نقرا في كتب التاريخ وجود لأي فندقا كما كان يوجد في باقي المحافظات، على الرغم من ان المحافظة كانت قبلة تجارية وممرا مهما للمسافرين والوافدين على مر العصور”.
لا يختلف اثنان على ان المبالغة في الكرم وحسن الضيافة هي من السمات التي تتميز بها محافظة الانبار، حتى ان غالبية المنازل في محافظة الانبار يتم تصميمها وانشاؤها وفق اعتبارات استقبال الضيوف ومبيتهم، اذ يتم تخصيص مساحة كافية لاستقبال الضيوف ويطلق على ذلك الجزء “بالمضيف”، اذ تتراوح مساحته من ٢٨ الى ٣٠٠ متر مربع، حسب المكانة الاجتماعية لصاحب المنزل.
الشيخ محمد الخليفاوي أحد وجهاء مدينة الفلوجة يؤكد ان “المشاريع الفندقية لا يمكن لها ان تنافس المضايف او تصادر مهمتها وسمعتها لاعتبارات عدة أهمها الغرض الذي أسست من اجله فان الفنادق تؤسس لأغراض الاستثمار والربح المالي اما المضايف فأنها تؤسس بأبواب مشرعة للمنافسة في ميدان الكرم وحسن الضيافة كتقليد عشائري اعتاد عليه السكان المحليين لمحافظة الانبار”.
