نساء اخترن مهنة المتاعب:احدهم صرخ في وجهي اثناء مداخلتي في نشرة الاخبار

في ذلك اليوم استيقظت باكرا وارتديت ملابسي التقليدية التي البسها عند التغطيات الاعلامية الميدانية، وضعت الكمامة الطبية لتغطية فمي وانفي إذ اخفت معظم ملامحي، ثم النظارة الداكنة لتخفي ما تبقى من تقاسيم وجهي، فانا متوجهة اليوم الى ساحة التظاهرات في مدينة كربلاء، ولا اريد ان يعرفني احد.

 

العمل الصحفي للمرأة في هذه المدينة المحافظة ليس سهلا، فالجميع ينظر الى مهنة الصحافة على انها مهنة خاصة بالرجال ولا يفترض على النساء العمل فيها مثل الكثير من المهن الاخرى، بل ان بعض اعضاء الحكومة المحلية وقادة الامن في المدينة رفضوا مشاركة النساء في تغطية الكثير من الاحداثالتي وصفوها بأنها “حسساسة للمرأة”.

 

منذ عدة اسابيع وانا اواظب على تغطية التظاهرات التي انطلقت في عموم العراق منذ تشرين الاول عام 2019 واستمرت لشهور طويلة وكانت مظاهرات كربلاء جزء من احتجاجات كبيرة طافت جميع مدن العراق مطالبة برحيل الفاسدين وتغيير الحكومة وتعديل قانون الانتخابات وغيرها من المطالب. وأعرف بعض خفاياها التي تجعلني حذرة في بعض الحالات، مر شهر ونصف او اكثر بقليل على تغطيتي لها ولم اخرج يوما دون ان ارتدي الكمامة او النظارات.

 

مازلت اتذكر اول اسبوع لي بين المحتجين، كان الجميع متعاونون معنا، المتظاهرون والقوات الامنية، كنت اعمل مع زملائي بكل أريحية ومهنية، وبعد انتهاء آخر يوم من الاسبوع بدأت تتسارع الأحداث، منها الصدامات بين المتظاهرين والقوات الامنية، وكنت حينها أول اعلامية توثق بعدسة الموبايل الاحداث اولا بأول، فكنت الاقرب للحدث واقف دائما موقف الحياد.

 

كنت أوثق الاحداث وانقلها بكل حيادية، فلا اطعن برجل الامن المتعاون مع المتظاهرين ولا اتجنى على المحتجين المتمسكين بسلمية التظاهرة. كانت رغبتي ان اقف عند نقطة معينة، وأشخص الاحداث وأفكك المواقف، حتى انني ابقى لساعات متأخرة من الليل لكي لا يفوتني ما يحدث بالقرب من ساحة التربية او الاحرار كما يطلق عليها المتظاهرون وهي الساحة التي احتظنت المتظاهرين لشهور.

 

في ساحة التظاهرت تلك كانت هناك خيمة للصحفيين معظمهم صحفيون رجال يغطون لقنوات حزبية مختلفة في توجهاتها لكنها بالمجمل تعارض عدم سلمية التظاهرات وكنا اربع صحفيات نساء بينهم، كنت اعتقد ان التقاليد السائدة في مدينة مقدسة مثل كربلاء ستحميني لان الاعتداء على المرأة في مجتمعنا يعد شيئا مخجلا لكن الوضع تطور بسرعة وبات الاعتداء على الصحفيات بالكلام الجارح بات شائعا رغم محاولة بعض زملائنا حمايتنا إذ احاطوا بي في اكثر من مرة كي لا يسمحوا للمتظاهرين المنفعلين بمهاجمتي.

 

ولأنني كنت امضي ساعات طويلة في العمل تمتد حتى منتصف الليل احيانا كنت اسمع بعض المتظاهرين اثناء مواجهاتهم مع القوات الامنية يصرخون بصوت انفعالي “ماذا تفعل هذه المرأة في خيمة الاعلاميين ليلا” وكان بعض زملائي يجيبون “انها زميلتنا صحفية” فترد عليهم اصوات متداخلة “حتى لو كانت صحفية لماذا لا تغادر مبكرا لما تغطي المواجهات؟ انها امرأة فحسب”.

 

وفي احد الايام تم طردي من خيمة الاعلاميين  وبالفعل غادرت بعد نصائح قدموها لي زملائي بالابتعاد حفاظا على سلامتي، بعض اولئك الزملاء كانوا يعملون في قنوات تقف بالضد من التظاهرات وتصف المحتجين بابشع الاوصاف لكنهم كانوا رجالا ولديهم من يحميهم من المتظاهرين انفسهم كان من السهل عليهم الحصول على اصدقاء يؤمنون لهم العمل دون التعرض للاعتداء اما انا فكنت امرأة، وكنت اخر الصحفيات اللواتي غادرن الخيمة.

 

بعد مغادرتي بدأت بنقل الاحداث من بعيد واثناء احدى نشرات الاخبار كنت استعد للمداخلة حينما اقترب مني احدهم وكان يستقل دراجة نارية، وصاح بوجهي بأعلى صوته وأفزعني، ورغم هذا الموقف استمريت في التغطية المباشرة. وهنا كان علي ان اعتاد على هذه التصرفات، ولا اجعلها عثرة في طريقي، لان طريق النجاح يحتاج الى تضحية، وعنوان عملي هو مهنة المتاعب، لذا فعليّ أن اصبر.

 

كنا اربع صحفيات نقوم بتغطية المظاهرات امتثلت زميلتين اخريين للأمر وتوقفتا عن التغطية فيما ابتعدت الصحفية الرابعة لتجلس في بيتها وتنتظر ان يأتي لها زوجها بالصور والفيديوهات التي جمعها في ساعتين قضاها بين المتظاهرين لتعد تقريرها عن بعد، فالتمييز ضد الصحفيات كان واضحا هناك وهو ما دعاهن للانسحاب.

 

ليست المظاهرات وحدها من ابرزت التمييز ضد الصحفيات بشكل واضح، بل سبقتها احداث اخرى، إذ غالبا ماترفض الحكومة المحلية على سبيل المثال دعوة النساء الصحفيات لتغطية المؤتمرات التي تعقد بعد الخامسة مساءا ويطلبون حظور المصور فقط اذا كاانت المراسلة صحفية وليست صحفي بحجة ان المرأة الصحفية يجب ان لا تقوم بتغطية الاحداث في وقت متأخر فيما يسمحون للمراسلين الرجال الحضور في اي وقت كان.

 

واذكر مرة ان قائد عمليات كربلاء رفض مشاركتي في طلعة جوية بطائرات الهليكوبتر لتمشيط المنطقة الحدودية للمدينة رغم موافقته على حضور جميع الصحفيين الرجال وقال لي حرفيا “انت امرأة وانا اتحفظ على اشراكك في جولات الطيران لان الرجال يتحملون الصعوبات اما انت فلا تستطيعين”.

 

وفشلت جميع محاولاتي في اقناعه بضرورة مشاركتي مع زملائي الاخرين، لكنه رفض بحزم وقال ان وجود المصور يكفي وانني يجب ان اعتمد عليه في مثل تلك الواجبات الصعبة! ثم عاد ليذكرني بالامر وكأنني احمل عارا معينا “انك امرأة لا تنسي ذلك”؟

 

احداث اخرى لا يسمح للصحفيات بتغطيتها مثل المؤتمرات العشارية والاجتماعات التي تقوم بها القبائل لفض النزاعات، وغالبا مايحذرني زميلي المصور من مجرد التفكير في الامر ويقول لي “ارجوك تجنبي الحرج فقد يطلبون منك المغادرة حينما يروك فهم لا يسمحون للنساء بالمشاركة في مثل هذه الامور حتى لو كن صحفيات فبالنسبة لهم من المعيب وجود المرأة في جلسات الرجال التي يفضون فيها النزاعات.

في البداية كنت اعتقد ان زميلي يبالغ لكنني اكتشفت ان كلامه صحيح تماما وانه ام يسمح لاي من زميلاتي بتغطية تلك الجلسات المحظورة على النساء بشكل عام حظورها حتى لو كان السبب هو العمل.

 

لم انسى يوما رجل الدين الذي رفض ان امسك له المايكروفون اثناء اجرائي مقابلة معه حول حدث هام وقال لي بالحرف لا اريد ان تمسك امرأة لي الميكروفون فليأتي رجل ويمسكه، في تلك اللحظة دارت في ذهني افكار متضاربة لماذا يرفضني ويوافق ان يجري الرجال معه المقابلة ، انا لست نكرة كما انني ارتدي الحجاب، فلماذا ينقص من شأني؟ لكن ذلك الموقف دغعني لاكون اكثر اصرارا في عملي والتمسك بمهنتي.

 

شريط تلك الاحداث جميعها عاد امام ذهني مجددا حينما كنت اغطي مع مصور القناة الزيارة الاربعينية التي وفد خلالها ملايين العراقيين الشيعة لمدينة كربلاء قبل اكثر من شهر حينما سمعت احدهم يقول “انها زيارة للرجال فلماذا تحشر النساء انوفها في المكان؟ ابقي في المنزل يامرأة” طبعا هو لم يخاطبني خوفا علي من العدوى بفايروس كورونا كما قد يعتقد البعض بل كان يقصد ان مكاني الحقيقي هو البيت وليس العمل.
